One of the most important factors for our health and wellbeing is sleep. The ability to fall asleep, rest deeply and feel restored when we wake.
                       
Why is sleep so important to our wellbeing?
                       
What factors affect sleep?
                       
How do we get a better nights sleep?
                        
In this workshop we will explore these questions and more to discover some of the science behind sleep.
