Have you felt like you can’t breathe over the last few years? Have you felt anxiety and anger at an all time high?
The breath is the perfect antidote to these emotions. It helps to move energy out and through the body.

The breath can support us on all four levels of the body. On a physical level, it helps to strengthen the heart and lungs.

Come experience your breath for an hour and see if conscious breathing can support you in your life, see if you feel your nervous system take a breath and settle down as a benefit of this practice.

No experience necessary and you can start a breath practice at any age, the sooner the better!
