THEME- WHERE ARE MY FEELINGS AND THOUGHTS?
YOGA + ART + ANATOMY + GAMES
Children will explore how emotions and thoughts come and go. They can choose which ones to hold on to and empower and which ones to observe without judging. Children will recognise emotions and where the body stores it. They will look at the energy centres (chakras) of the body and how yoga helps mental and physical health. They will explore the power of words, manifesting, visualising and gain deeper body awareness.
