We are going to spend the first 45 minutes in unpacking breathing and going to a 20-minutes of breath trance following by non sleep deep rest to continue the trance into healing your body. 

If you are new to yoga and/or Om Prem please send us an email with your experience in pranayama before signing up. 

Ideally don’t eat lunch or a light meal 2 hrs prior.
