You'll deepen your knowledge and awareness of your body, alignment in and out of postures using the wall-rope system.
We are using the great wall-rope system to work on your alignment, hip opening and integration of asana's and safe inversions with a (possibly) longer guided Shavasana at the end. Your Bliss Level will increase after taking this workshop!
If you have any of the contraindications to do inversions please let the teacher no in advance.
