In Restorative Yoga with Wall Ropes we are held, suspended, stabilized and lifted up like amarionette puppet. Support from ropes and props allows us to find repose as we extend thespine, wring and rinse the hips, and invert the body (to your comfort - from slight to completeinversion). Restorative Yoga with Wall Ropes and Props allows for longer holdingswhich bring deeper benefits to muscles, joints and circulatory systems while helping withemotional balance.
Props provided- All Levels- minimum 6-months yoga experience necessary.
Note: Suitable for Most, not recommended for those with high blood pressure, detached retinas, glaucoma, pregnancy, arm/hand injuries, vertigo, or if new to yoga.
