Immune System Boost: Iyengar Yoga Rejuvenation and Reset with Bolsters, Blocks and Chairs

Whether you have been burning the candle at both ends or it's been a sluggish winter, come
boost your immune system. This workshop will leave you restoratively opened, stretched,
ironed, wrung out and re-set.
You will be led in this restorative practice, mostly seated or reclining with a little supported
standing and inversions, to boost your immune system through slow, restful, held postures that
very likely may leave you feeling better than a good nap.
Note:
-Wear layers since this is a very relaxed practice
-Please do not attend if you are ill, have a sore throat, are coughing or feeling “under the
weather”
