Mobility Flow offers a dynamic sequence of postures to access strength and openness. Guided by the breath this class is body awareness based with an attention on mindful movement. With options for progressive asanas and shapes.

Please arrive 5-10 mins before class to settle in. This is an active practice. The room will be warmed and music will be played.
