Give your nervous system a full reset in this two-hour immersive workshop that blends the deep stillness of Yin Yoga, the guided rest of Yoga Nidra, and a live Sound Bath to seal in calm. This is designed for anyone craving less overwhelm and more ease—no experience needed.

What you’ll experience

  • Yin Yoga : Long-held, floor-based shapes to hydrate fascia, unwind the back body, and release hips and shoulders. Expect gentle props and steady, spacious breath.
  • Yoga Nidra (: A guided “yogic sleep” practice that helps downshift from fight-or-flight to rest-and-digest, supporting hormone balance, better sleep, and emotional clarity.
  • Sound Bath : Crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle instruments bathe you in soothing frequencies to settle the mind and invite deep restoration.
  • Integration : Quiet reflection, optional journaling, and grounding before you head out.
