Hips stay healthy when they’re strong, mobile, and balanced in all planes of movement. In this 2-hour clinic, you’ll learn a simple, intelligent sequence you can repeat for life to support hip function, ease knee/low-back strain, and improve posture—no yoga experience needed.
Hips are designed to move—and to stabilize—in every direction. When they’re not strong and balanced, the “cost” often shows up elsewhere: strained tendons/ligaments, excessive joint wear, knee irritation, low-back discomfort, and postural misalignment.
Many yoga classes emphasize hip opening in only a few directions, which can unintentionally increase imbalance (and aggravate knees or the low back). This workshop is different: you’ll learn how to build hip integrity through a practical blend of mobility + strength + alignment so your hips feel better now and keep serving you for decades.
