The first 45 minutes feature active Hatha Yoga to build heat, mobility, strength, and presence through mindful movement and breath. Expect an uplifting, moderate-paced practice that energizes the body holistically.
The final 15 minutes transition into guided NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest), a restorative practice inspired by yoga nidra that helps calm the nervous system, release accumulated stress, and support deep mental and physical recovery.
