This slower-paced, active, alignment-based Hatha yoga class will focus on overall strength, stability, and flexibility to support balance, good posture, and breathing as our bodies mature.

Yoga props (wall, chairs, straps, blocks, etc.) will be used as needed to help bring ease into the poses.
